GONE & DONE IT AGAIN!

Well out of action again....this time dislocated my shoulder. I went down hard and gave it a good old pop.

So much to do, in the house, garden and trying to do my lace one handed is a nightmare. Oh well, physio starts on Thursday (thank goodness).
